Refund policy

At Muffin’s Halo, we’re honored to support your blind dog’s confidence and mobility. Every product is thoughtfully designed to help your pup navigate the world safely and comfortably. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If your order isn’t the right fit, we’re here to make exchanges and returns as smooth as possible.


Returns and exchanges are currently available for U.S. and Canada orders only. For international customers, we recommend carefully reviewing our detailed product descriptions and sizing guides before placing your order. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our dedicated customer experience team at info@muffinshalo.com with any questions.



Exchanges

  • If you’d prefer a different size, color, or halo configuration, exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order (U.S. and Canada only). For international customers, reach out to our dedicated team at info@muffinshalo.com for further assistance.

To start an exchange, please visit our Exchange & Return Center. You’ll be prompted to enter your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email.

Eligible exchanges include:

  • Full product size swap (e.g., Small to Medium)
  • Color or style swap
  • Halo component size swap (e.g., replacing just the halo ring size)


If you selected Checkout+ at the time of purchase, your exchange shipping will be completely free. If not, we’ll still cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you—you’ll just be responsible for the handling and return shipping fee for sending the original item back. You will have 28 days to return the item.

Since we offer instant exchanges to ensure your pup gets the support they need without delay, a temporary hold will be placed on your payment method for the value of the exchange items. This hold will be lifted after we receive and process your return.

Returns

Would you like to return your Muffin’s Halo purchase? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products shipped to the U.S. and Canada. For international customers, reach out to our dedicated team at info@muffinshalo.com for further assistance.

To start a return, please visit our Exchange & Return Center. You’ll be prompted to enter your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email.

All returned items are inspected and graded based on condition. Restocking fees apply based on condition as follows:

Items returned that don’t meet the criteria for their claimed grade will be reclassified to the appropriate grade and refunded accordingly.

Grade C items are not eligible for refund. Instead, we encourage donation to a local animal shelter, rescue group such as Second Chances for Blind Dogs, or your veterinarian—where your Halo may help another dog in need.



Refunds

Return and refund processing may take up to 15 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund total.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
